Course Description

This mentorship will be focused on guiding the students through the understanding and creation of good compositions, based on different techniques and applied in different ways depending on the theme and style of each work.

For us, a good distribution of the shapes, the color and the light on our paintings must be a basic task to think about from the very beginning, since it will determine the quality of the final piece. However, is not only about knowing how to make an image look beautiful, but also about how to make it tell a story, and make the audience “read” the image in the way we want. Apart from color, light and shape, we will talk about how to take advantage of our camera view, the characters in our images, the context of the action, etc
